As you know, you always want variety in food. That's why we are always on the lookout for something new.
Here is an original recipe for a pie with berries, combining two different dough structures.
But, at the same time, the simplicity of the execution of this berry pie will not require exceptional skills. No complicated creams and forms. Pie with berries is sure to become an original application for a tea party, as they say, for and without.
For this original berry pie, we need to create a shortbread dough, and then a light sponge cake. I think even a beginner will master it. The main thing is to either grind the butter for the sand base (grater, chop into cubes), or take the butter already soft. Mix all of the above evenly in separate containers.
The first dough is shortbread. We mix everything according to the list and lay it out on the bottom of the form. Heat the oven and put the mold there for about 5-7 minutes. This is our foundation.
Mix all of the above for the second test.
We spread blackberries (frozen) on the resulting base and pour liquid sponge dough on top.
We return everything to the oven until ready.
Ready-made pie with berries for decoration, lubricate with jam or syrup (sugar on water).
