Stuffed walleye with mushrooms

A wonderful, hearty and very appetizing homemade dish. My friend cooks a delicious stuffed pike perch in the oven. In principle, I don't really like walleye – it's a little dry, but in this form it's just gorgeous! After all, its filling is a pleasure, not food! I tried to cook this dish myself, I didn't regret it. However, I advise you not to take large fish, but not more than 2 kilograms. So, a culinary recipe from a friend!

Let's clean the walleye. Rub the outside and inside with salt and ground black pepper. Then prepare the mushrooms and onions. Peel them, chop them finely and fry them in vegetable oil (preferably refined). In the resulting mass, add nutmeg, as well as parsley with 2/3 breadcrumbs. Mix everything and add salt – to your taste.

We got a great stuffing. We will fill the fish with them and send it to the oven, greased with oil and sprinkled with the remaining breadcrumbs. We cook the fish for 40-45 minutes. carefully watching the process – so that the dish does not burn.
