Chicken breast food is considered a delicacy, but in itself this meat is tasteless and dry. Let's try a culinary recipe for cooking chicken breast with curry sauce and minced pork. Maybe in this form the chicken will be juicy and delicious.
Salt and pepper the brisket. From the thick side, we cut a deep slit with a knife. Pork without fat, onion and ginger powder are ground in a food processor or in a blender until smooth. We need very fine minced meat, almost dough. We stuff the chicken breast and sew up the edge with a needle and thread. Or we stab them with toothpicks. In a shallow frying pan, melt the fat and fry the chicken breast from all sides. Top up the wine and simmer until tender, for ten to fifteen minutes. Then we take out the chicken and send it to a warm place, and season the sauce with cream, salt and curry. The sauce should be thoroughly mixed and poured into a saucepan.
It is best to serve this chicken to the table with rice, although any cereal may be suitable. We put the sauce on the table separately.
