Chocolate cupcake

Kids will love it! Awesome delicious, simple and very fast! My grandmother, who changed 9 dozen, loves sweets very much. You can't argue: "What's old, what's young". Naturally, she does not have her own teeth, and it is very inconvenient for her to walk with prostheses, as a result, she has to cook soft food for her. Of the recipes with sweet pastries, biscuit dough is most suitable for her. It is about the chocolate cupcake recipe that I will tell you now.

So, we start cooking the cupcake by pouring milk into a saucepan, add here, cocoa, sugar, mix well and put the mass on a slow fire.
When the sugar is completely dissolved, put the softened butter in a saucepan and, stirring, bring the mass to a boil and turn off the heat. Cool the mixture a little. No need to boil. Remove the mixture from the heat and cool (5-6 tablespoons of the mixture can be poured for glaze).
Now mix the flour and baking powder, sift.
Then stir the eggs with a fork.
In our cooled mixture, we introduce sifted flour with baking powder and eggs - mix everything well. We add vanilla sugar, pre-washed and dried nuts and raisins to the dough.
Next, put the dough in a greased cake pan and bake at a temperature of about 200 degrees for about 50-60 minutes.
After this time, we take the cupcake out of the oven and cool it in the mold. Then we spread it on a large dish and, if desired, pour icing or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
