Apple biscuits in vegetable oil

Delicious pastries with liquid apples for sophisticated sweet tooth. Despite all the simplicity, the pie turns out very tasty! The dough is crumbly and crispy, and the filling is very fragrant! During baking, the whole house is filled with the simply gorgeous aroma of cinnamon! The pie is prepared very easily, and the products for it are always at hand. In a bowl, mix the sifted flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Take 50 ml of boiling water, mix with vegetable oil and add our mixture to the flour, knead the dough. The dough turns out to be very soft and tender, if it seems too soft, add a little flour during kneading (I added 2 tablespoons). We leave our dough to rest (10 minutes), in the meantime we will do the filling. Peel the apples (optional) and cut into slices. Roll out the rested dough, leave the middle a little thicker, and roll out the edges thinly. We put our filling in the middle of the dough, sprinkle sugar and ground cinnamon on top, sprinkle nuts if desired. We wrap our edges and form a pie. Bake the biscuit in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool down a little and serve it to the table! Bon appetit!
