We will need chicken fillet, which can be replaced with minced chicken or turkey fillet and minced meat. It is better to take meat from the thighs, it is juicier, but not necessarily. Finely chop the fillet into pieces.Onions and champignons (3-5 pieces) finely chop and fry for 5 minutes in vegetable oil. To the fillet (minced meat), add fried onions with champignons, salt. pepper, 1 tablespoon of starch, pour the filling. We do the filling like this - beat the egg a little with a fork, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and a few sprigs of dill, mix and pour. Mix the chicken mixture with the filling well. Peel the potatoes, cut them into circles with a thickness of 2 mm (it is better to cut across the potatoes so that the slices are longer), put them in a large bowl, add salt and pepper, add turmeric or paprika (to give color), pour boiling water for 5 minutes. We will drain the water from the potatoes, dry them, sprinkle with vegetable oil, lay out silicone molds on the edges overlapping each other, put the chicken mixture inside and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. We take out the finished baskets from the molds, let them cool down a little and serve them to the table! We surprise our family and guests!
