4. Beat everything well.

5. Sift the flour, put it in a deep bowl and gradually add the mixture from point 4 to it, kneading the dough.

6. After kneading, we form a ball from the dough, put it on the bottom of the bowl, cover with a towel and put it in the heat for an hour.

7. We knead the dough and put it back in the heat for another half hour.

At this time, you can do the sauce:

1. Mix all the ingredients except salt, turn into a puree, but not completely homogeneous, but with the preservation of texture.

2. We adjust the salinity - if necessary, add sea salt.

Collecting pizza:

1. Roll out the dough, divide it into several parts depending on the diameter of the pizza you need. You can cook one large or several smaller ones.

2. Put the bases in a preheated 220 degree oven for 10 minutes.

3. Remove the bases, spread them thickly with pesto sauce, spread out the cheese and chicken cut into layers.

4. Return the pizzas to the oven for another 5 minutes. It is necessary for the cheese to melt and the dough to brown.

5. Garnish the finished pizzas with basil and sprinkle with chili flakes.
