Cottage cheese and bran tortillas

1.  Flax seed is crushed with a blender, poured into a bowl. Here we pour oatmeal and corn bran, baking powder, add cottage cheese, break the egg, salt, mix.

2. From the resulting dough, we form small balls, spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment, keeping a distance. We flatten each ball into a flat cake. The cakes are small, about 7 cm in diameter.

3. Sprinkle the cakes with flax seeds and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 25 minutes.

You can serve tortillas both for tea and for the first courses as bread.
