Peel the omul (or any other fish, fillet), pepper and salt the omul fillet, peel the onion and cut it into half rings, transfer it to the fish so that it is saturated with juice, then divide the dough into 2 parts, one of them should be slightly larger. Roll out most of the dough and put it on a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with onions, put the fish fillets and sprinkle with onions again, roll out the second part of the dough and close the pie with it. Put the pie in a preheated 50 degree oven for 5-7 minutes, then switch the temperature to 150-180 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes.
