Wash the apples and distribute them in the form in which you will bake to make sure the right amount of apples. Next, remove the apples from the mold and peel them and remove the middle.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Pour sugar into the prepared baking dish and heat it over low heat until the sugar begins to melt. When the sugar turns golden by tilting the shape, spread the caramel evenly over the walls. Put the butter in a mold and arrange the apples. In the middle of the apples, add a little more butter. Put the apples in the oven for 15 minutes, until they are soft.

Remove the apples from the oven and let them stand for 5 minutes. Put the walnuts inside the apples. Arrange the cherry jam around the apples and add a few more pieces of butter.

Prepare the dough. Separate the whites from the yolks, then beat the whites well with a pinch of salt, when the peaks appear, add 3 tablespoons of sugar. Continue whipping until you get a meringue. Beat the yolks with 3 tablespoons of sugar until the mass turns white and put baking powder. Continuing to stir, pour the flour and combine with the protein mass.

Pour the dough over the apples and send it to the preheated oven for 30 – 40 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick. Leave the finished cake to cool for exactly 10 minutes and immediately remove it from the mold. If he stands longer, there is a high probability that he will not get out of shape.

Now cool the cake thoroughly and prepare the cream. With a mixer, whisk the cream and coat the cake with them. Grate the chocolate on a fine grater and sprinkle on top. You can decorate the cake according to your taste.
