Flambe tarte with bacon

Awesome pastries for a family dinner, with wine goes with a bang! Tart flambe is a pie from the French region of Alsace. Served as an aperitif or main course with white wine or beer. It has a very pleasant aroma and delicate taste. I tried it for the first time in a restaurant in Strasbourg and after that I started cooking at home, and I found the recipe on one of the French websites.
