Cooking method

Cooking time: 4 hours

Before cooking, preheat the oven to almost 190 C.. Wash the turkey and put it in a deep baking dish, spread with butter and season well. Then we push the chopped onion, an orange, divided in half, and one part of thyme inside. Next, bake for about an hour, at least until our turkey becomes covered with a brown-golden crust. After that, we cover the turkey with foil and put it in the oven for another 3 hours, from time to time pouring juices every half hour. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients that remain from the list with the second part of the thyme. We take the turkey out of the oven, and then spread all the cooked sauce on top. After that, cover again with the same foil and bake for about 10 minutes, and remove the foil and bake again for about 10 minutes. Such a wonderful meal can be treated to all the guests invited to a dinner party. And I read the recipe in one of the women's magazines. The turkey is ready in the oven! Bon appetit!
