Apple pie with sour cream is baked in one cake. To do this, preheat the oven to two hundred degrees, put the prepared cake in it, which is better to give a round shape. When the cake is ready, take it out and leave to cool.
Take a small bowl and mix flour, sugar and cinnamon in it. Then add the cooled and chopped butter into small pieces, mix the whole mass until it takes the form of large grains. This is the top of our pie.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, prepare the filling ourselves. Beat sour cream, flour, egg and lemon juice with a mixer, add chopped apples. We cover our finished cake with the filling, sprinkle the tops with "grains" on top, put them in the oven for about 40 minutes. However, the food is cooked quickly, so you need to keep an eye on the pie – it will be ready when the filling goes bubbles.
