Sweet cake on kefir with raisins and vanilla

Fragrant, unusual, and most importantly, deliciously delicious. I offer you a great cake on kefir, which, rather, even looks like a cake. This recipe recommends cooking it with raisins. Although, in my opinion, raisins can easily be replaced with any dried fruits, even candied fruits. It's just that food with raisins has long become familiar to everyone, but candied fruits are something new, especially since you can find a variety of things in the store: pineapples, papaya, mango, bananas and so on. In general, choose for yourself.

First, soak the raisins, let them dry, mix with a spoonful of flour. We take the butter softened, but not much. Cut it and put it in a mixer, add sugar and whisk until smooth. Add the egg without stopping the mixer. Pour kefir and slow down the speed (to splash everything around). Pour sugar with soda, a bag of vanilla sugar, saffron. Stir again. Sift the flour and add it to the dough. We introduce raisins. Now we send it to the oven, keeping the temperature at 200 degrees. The cake will be baked for about forty minutes.
