Amazingly delicious unsweetened casserole with rice and vegetables! My husband loves rice. Especially for him, I cook a variety of food from this cereal. To begin with, we will pour rice into a sieve and rinse it thoroughly under a stream of cold water until the water becomes clean. Then pour water into a medium-sized saucepan, add a little salt and bring it to a boil. Then pour rice into it, cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 7-10 minutes. At this time, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cut the filling for our casserole: ham - cubes, sausage - slices or small pieces. Peel the onion and also cut into cubes. Peel the carrots, wash them and also cut them into small cubes. Now we heat the fat and fry carrots and onions on it. Gradually add the chopped sausage, ham, parsley to the total mass, continue to fry, stirring. When all the products are fried, remove the pan from the fire. We put part of the rice in a frying pan without a handle, smeared with oil, tamped, put the filling on top, which we cover with the second part of the rice. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
