Mix semolina, granulated sugar, soda, kefir, coconut chips and vegetable oil. Knead the dough well, it should take the consistency of thick sour cream.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Pour the dough into a greased baking sheet. Bake the pie until golden brown, check the readiness with a toothpick or a match.
While the pie is being prepared, prepare the syrup. Sugar is dissolved in clean water, and, mixing well, bring to a boil. Add lemon juice and berry syrup to the syrup.
When the pie is ready, take it out of the oven and immediately cut into pieces and pour the syrup. After that, let it cool completely.
