Casserole is a well-known food. And here's a casserole with hamburgers, something unusual. But the Brazilians came up with such a culinary recipe. Buy raw hamburgers, preferably small in size. If they turned out to be, after all, too large, then you can cut them in half or into four parts. Fry the burgers separately, and set aside to cool down. In another bowl, mix the chopped vegetables, which you should have got exactly one glass. Pour in the vinegar and pour 0.5 tsp of salt. Mix everything with meat, and start making dough. To do this, we just need to mix all the cooked products - flour, baking powder, milk, egg. Add one teaspoon of salt. Combine the dough and the meat and vegetable mixture and pour everything into a saucepan greased with vegetable oil about 30 cm in size . in diameter. Bake in a well-heated oven for about twenty to thirty minutes. As soon as the surface has become hard and brown, pour grated cheese on top and leave it in the oven for at least 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
