For this dessert, you need to grate the pineapple pulp on a coarse grater. Then mix the grated pineapple with flour and sugar. The resulting mixture should have a homogeneous consistency and a pleasant pineapple flavor. Sprinkle it thoroughly with lemon juice. This mass is, in fact, your dough. Now you need to roll small balls with a diameter of 2-3 cm out of it. When you're done, take a baking sheet with a non-stick coating, put the balls on it and place them in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake the balls for 10 minutes. When the dessert is ready, sprinkle it with powdered sugar or pour vanilla syrup over it.
Bon appetit!
