Meat meatballs in the microwave

A quick way to cook hearty and nutritious meatballs! Until I learned how to cook properly on the stove and in the oven, I practiced my culinary skills on the microwave. In my personal opinion, it is impossible to spoil food with a microwave oven. That's why sometimes, when I don't have enough time to cook, I remember this old trick of mine and cook something with this household appliance. For example, a couple of days ago I cooked meatballs in the microwave. For those interested, I tell you a culinary recipe.

To start, soak the washed meat in milk for about 30 minutes. Then we pass it through a meat grinder. After that, we also pass 2 moist slices of bread through a meat grinder and mix the whole mass well. Now add finely chopped herbs, spices, egg to the minced meat and mix everything again. Now, tearing off a little minced meat, we sculpt small rounded cutlets, roll them in flour and put them on the bottom of the microwave dishes. Fill the meatballs with water, pepper. Now we cover our container with a lid and put it in the microwave. Cook the cutlets for about 15 minutes.
