Meat and potato pie in a slow cooker

Do you like pies and have a slow cooker? A hearty delicious simple pie for you. This is one of my favorite pies, I bake it according to this recipe in the oven very often: for a holiday, for dinner, for a meeting of guests - everyone really likes it! To be honest, I'm just mastering the slow cooker - and today I wanted to cook my favorite pie together with my favorite assistant. Let's see what came out of it!

    Sift flour through a sieve, mix with salt and soda. Then grind the butter and flour into a crumb - I do it with a blender (I take 2 cups first, then pour the rest of the flour when kneading the dough), it's faster, but you can do it with your hands - here who is used to it

    Pour it into a large container, add kefir and egg

    We will leave a little egg for greasing the cake in the future

    Knead the soft elastic dough with your hands

    Put the dough in a bag and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes while we do the filling

    And here are the ingredients for the filling: potatoes and onions are cleaned and washed, my meat is under running water

    Meanwhile, our dough has rested in the freezer, divide it into 2 unequal parts

    We put 2/3 of the dough into the bowl of a slow cooker, form high sides, pierce in several places with a fork

    We spread the filling on the dough. And for the next stage you will need a piece of butter

    Cover with the remaining dough and pinch the sides

    And to lubricate the cake, you will need a little egg and sesame

    We set the program "Baking " for 1 hour and 30 minutes
