The procedure for preparing homemade processed cheese is as follows:

1. Put cottage cheese in a bowl, add soft butter to it (you need to get it out of the refrigerator in advance), as well as salt and soda. Break the egg. Using a blender, whisk all the ingredients until smooth.

2. Pour the future cheese into the bowl of the slow cooker. Program it to 90 degrees and, with constant stirring, cook the cheese for 5-10 minutes.

3. Pour the finished cheese into molds, and after cooling, send it to the refrigerator overnight.
