Eggplant caviar in a slow cooker

Everyone will like this caviar. Delicious, simple, fast! Cook and you! This is a dream, not eggplant caviar! You just need to cut everything, put it in a miracle saucepan and wait 2 hours. And, voila, you are already a super-cook, level well, not 80, but 79 for sure!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min

1. Wash and peel all the vegetables.
2. Cut eggplant, tomatoes, peppers and onions into cubes. Grate carrots on a coarse grater, garlic on a fine one.
3. Pour oil into the bowl of the slow cooker and put all the vegetables. Add salt, pepper and mix.
4. Close the lid of the slow cooker and set the Quenching mode for 2 hours.
5. If there is a lot of broth in the finished caviar, turn on the Frying or Baking mode for 15 minutes.
6. Try the caviar, bring it to taste if necessary.
