Cranberry juice in a slow cooker

Vitamin bomb! Delicious and healthy, try it! Cranberry juice will be loved by both adults and children. You can prepare a drink from both frozen berries and fresh ones - it all depends on the time of year. I cook mors in a slow cooker - it turns out a drink with a rich taste and bright color. I advise you to try it!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h 20 min

1. Cranberries are thoroughly washed. Puree clean berries with a blender.
2. Pour water into the bowl of the slow cooker, select the "Cooking" mode, bring the water to a boil.
3. We grind the resulting berry mass through a sieve, send the remaining cake into boiling water, cook it for 5 minutes, then turn off the slow cooker.
4. Add sugar, stir.
5. We leave the juice to infuse in a slow cooker under a closed lid for 3 hours.
6. The cooled drink is filtered through a sieve.

Pour cranberry juice into glasses, add ice cubes and serve on the table.
