Cooking method

Cooking time: 14 h 20 min

To start, boil the milk. This should be done using the "Multipovar" program at a temperature of 160 degrees for 5 minutes.

Yogurt dishes need to be pre-sterilized (it is most convenient to do this in the microwave or in the oven).

Pour part of the milk into the glass, pour the dry starter, mix until completely dissolved. Then combine with the rest of the milk, mix and pour into yogurt jars.

We put the jars in the bowl of the slow cooker, select the "Yogurt" program (you can just "Warm up") and set the time - 12 hours.

After that, the yogurt will need to spend about 2 hours in the refrigerator to ripen.

You can add pieces of fruit to the finished yogurt.

Enjoy the natural taste of homemade yogurt for your health!
