Banana cheesecake in a slow cooker

Cooking method

Cooking time: 5 h 30 min

1. Base:
Using a blender, we chop cookies, walnuts and butter. We spread the resulting mass into a silicone mold, distribute it evenly, tamp it slightly, form a side. We send it to the refrigerator.

2. Filling:
Peel the bananas, chop them with a blender, adding lemon juice and zest to them. Add cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and sour cream to the resulting mixture, mix everything thoroughly with a blender.

3. We take the mold out of the refrigerator and pour the filling onto the cooled base. We put the silicone mold in the bowl of the slow cooker and cook for 60 minutes on the Baking mode.

4. Let the finished cheesecake cool down, remove the silicone mold from the bowl of the slow cooker and send it to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
