Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 50 min

Cut the pre-washed and thoroughly cleaned meat from fat into large pieces, carrots into cubes, onions into half rings. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker and spread the prepared ingredients. Select the "Frying" mode and, stirring, cook for about 15 minutes.

Add paprika, black pepper, salt, bay leaf, tomato paste, mix.

Cut the prunes in half and also add to the rest of the ingredients. Fill everything with broth, simmer for 60 minutes, changing the multicooker mode to the "Quenching" program.

Fry the flour until golden brown and add it to the broth 15 minutes before the dish is ready, stirring thoroughly. At this stage, add chopped garlic.

We serve stewed meat with prunes in hot form, supplemented with a side dish of potatoes, cereals or just a salad of fresh vegetables.
