Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 45 min

We carve the carcass, cut it into portions, which we place in the bowl of the slow cooker. Select the "Frying" mode and fry the meat in vegetable oil until golden brown (about 10 minutes).

We extract the nutria from the slow cooker, send the onion cut into half rings and chopped garlic to its place, fry for a few minutes. We return the meat back to the onion, add the carrots cut into cubes.

Put sour cream, pour in water (so that it does not completely cover the meat). Change the mode to "Quenching", add salt, spices and simmer all together with the lid closed for 60 minutes.

Serve on the table with any side dish or just a salad of fresh vegetables.

Bon appetit!
