The main thing is to choose a high-quality semi-finished product, or even better - cook it yourself and freeze it, as I do. And it is quite possible to cook a delicious dinner from frozen stuffed peppers. Tested!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h

1. Peel and wash the onions and carrots.
2. Cut the vegetables into strips (you can grate them or cut them larger - to your taste) and fry in oil in a slow cooker in the "Frying" or "Baking" mode. If you want the sauce to get thicker, add flour. Fry until golden brown, then pour water and mix everything well.
3. Dip the frozen peppers into the sauce and cook for 1-1.5 hours on the "Stewing" mode.
