Lean Charlotte pie in a slow cooker

The time of fasting is not a reason to give up your favorite shallots! Many of my relatives observe fasts and do not eat certain foods during this strict time. Once, on a modest holiday on the occasion of my grandmother's name day, I baked a lean charlotte, which absolutely all the guests liked! I share the recipe and hope that it will be useful to you too!
