4. Stir the honey in warm water, then pour the liquid into a bowl.
5. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add it to the rest of the ingredients.
6. Add powdered milk and vegetable oil.
7. Add salt.
8. Sift the flour and put it also in the bowl of the bread maker.
9. Pour in the vanilla and yeast.
10. Place the bowl in the bread maker.
11. Choose a muffin program.
12. When the signal sounds, put the raisins.
13. For the glaze, whisk the remaining protein with sugar. Put the glaze on the finished cake, decorate the top with pastry sprinkles.
