Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 20 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Take zucchini in any quantity and rinse in running water.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Then they should be dried and skinned if they are not young. I will offer you 3 freezing options.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

The first of them is cubes. Zucchini cut into cubes not too small, but not large. Then we put them in a bag and immediately send them to the freezer. Zucchini should not lose juice. We use such a blank for stew and soup. In the process of subsequent cooking, they should not be defrosted. Just frozen and put in a saucepan or in a frying pan with the rest of the half-cooked vegetables.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Zucchini are cooked very quickly, and frozen ones are even faster, and this fact should be taken into account during the cooking process. The second option is circles. Zucchini cut into circles and leave for 10 minutes just to lie in a bowl. The excess juice will come off, after which it is necessary to cover a flat shelf with parchment for freezing and cool, when the zucchini freezes and will not stick to each other, they can be folded into a bag. These circles are ideal for vegetable casseroles.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

And the third option is to rub on the grater. We take a large grater and proceed to grinding.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Then we squeeze out the excess moisture, that's how much liquid I got. We move the workpiece into a bag and send it to the freezer. This option is suitable for pancakes or cream soups. For cooking, you just need to defrost, again remove excess liquid, and then according to the recipe :)

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

This is how our homemade semi-finished product looks like. Cooking and enjoying :)
