Cooking method

Cooking time: 5 d 30 min

1. Prepare tomatoes, remove the stems, wash. Large fruits are cut in half, small ones can be salted whole.

2. Wash the dill, peel the garlic.

3. In a clean jar (I pre-wash the container with baking soda), spread the prepared tomatoes, but not too tightly, add dill, peppers, whole garlic cloves, pour salt.

4. Fill the jar with tomatoes with cold boiled water so that it does not reach the edge of about 1 cm, close the jar with a nylon lid and shake slightly so that the salt crystals dissolve faster.

5. We leave the jar in a warm place for 4-5 days, substituting a deep bowl under it (when the fermentation process begins, the brine may flow out).

You need to store such tomatoes in a dark, cool place, the cellar is ideal.

Help yourself, it turned out very tasty!
