Pickled cabbage quick and easy

A wonderful snack for a traditional Russian feast! This is the fastest recipe for cooking cabbage. The number of products is indicated for two liter cans. If desired, you can add cranberries or a slice of lemon to each jar in a quick pickled cabbage with garlic.

Chop cabbage, grate carrots on a coarse grater, pass garlic through a garlic press.



Mix all the vegetables and knead a little so that the cabbage gives juice.
