Cream cheese gives a delicate touch, lettuce leaves fortify the snack. Sesame is not only a decoration, it perfectly complements the overall taste.

1. Put a sheet of rice paper in a suitable container, fill with warm water, leave for 15 seconds.

2. We lay out a paper towel on the work surface. After the specified time, we spread the rice paper on the prepared paper towel, let the excess moisture soak in.

3. Cut the red fish into strips. Lightly salted trout is suitable, you can also take salmon, salmon, sockeye salmon. Any red fish to your taste.

4. I wash the cucumber, dry it with a paper towel, cut it into small cubes. Lettuce leaves are washed under running water, also dried.
