We drink cocktails before meals, after meals, and, most often, instead of eating. Because there can be no question of any food if you have drunk a delicious creamy cocktail "Love drink" or, as it is more often called "Elixir of love". Firstly, because lovers usually lose their appetite, and secondly, the cocktail itself is very high in calories. This culinary recipe was invented for Valentine's Day, and looks like a sweet dream of great and bright love.
Almond elixir of love necessarily includes Amaretto liqueur and cream in its composition. In some bars in Russia, Amaretto began to be replaced with vodka, and cream with juices. But, I can disappoint you - such cocktails will not help to awaken feelings. The value of the "love elixir" is precisely in the strict recipe. But chocolate liqueur can be excluded if you want your elixir to be pure white. Then the chocolate can be replaced with Pina Colada. Mix all alcoholic beverages in a shaker, then add cream and beat with a mixer for a while at low speed, so that the cream is only slightly whipped, but the cocktail could be drunk through a straw.
Cocktail glasses with a volume of 200 ml. we fill up to half with crushed ice and pour a cocktail on top, which, if desired, can be sprinkled with grated chocolate.
