And I have always given preference to drinks based on fruits and berries. However, I liked this smoothie so much that I now cook it almost every other day.

The most important thing is to choose the right kiwi and avocado. Ripe fruits should not be hard, but also not very soft. When pressed, the skin springs slightly, does not push into the fetus.

Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
