Separating the yolks and whites. Mix the yolks with yogurt, vanilla and two tablespoons of sugar.

Boil the milk and then add the yolk mass into it, mix everything.

Whisk the proteins together with the remaining sugar into a stable foam. We mix them in vanilla cream.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut rectangles out of it. We prick those with a fork in many places and put them to bake on a baking sheet, previously sprinkled with water. Bake for 8 minutes at 180 degrees.

When the puffs are baked, let them stand for a while, taking them out of the oven together with the baking sheet.

Mix sugar powder with raspberry juice and lubricate the puffs with them.

We spread the cream on them, on top of which - raspberries. We cover one rectangle with the second, and then with the third.

We decorate the surface of multi-storey puffs with raspberry juice and powdered sugar mixed with each other.
