Cooking method

Mix cold milk, boiled hot water + melted butter. Put the yeast in a warm mixture, mix well and gradually add flour, knead the dough. Knead for 10 minutes. After that, cover the dough with a film, let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.

When the dough is ready, divide it into 12 parts and form buns.

In a wide saucepan, boil water and gently pour soda .... (Carefully there will be a strong reaction) Take 1 bun and immerse in a slightly boiling solution for 5 seconds... taking out the skimmer (the bottom of the skimmer along with the bun), blot with a paper towel.
