Custard yeast dough on dry yeast with flaxseed flour

Delicious and easy to prepare dough. I recommend. I have been using the recipe for a long time, I am very happy. The pies are always lush, rosy and very tasty. From myself, I add a little flaxseed flour to the dough.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

Dilute yeast in a glass of warm water, add salt, sugar and vegetable oil.
Sift flour into a bowl and add flaxseed flour to it, mix.
Add the yeast mixture to the flour and mix quickly.
Pour a glass of boiling water on top and knead the dough, first with a spoon, and then with your hands.
Cover the dough with a towel and leave on the table for half an hour, then cook the pies.
