First prepare the tarragon - wash it, dry it a little, separate the leaves from the stem.

Put a saucepan of water (200 ml) on a small fire, put sugar in it and, heating, stir until all the crystals dissolve. Add the prepared leaves to the warm syrup and bring it to a boil, then remove it from the stove.

Cover the pan with a lid and leave to infuse for at least 2 hours. Then whisk the drink with a blender, strain through several layers of gauze.

Squeeze the juice out of lemons and limes. Pour it into a large glass container, add tarragon syrup to the same place and fill everything with cold carbonated water.

The cooling drink is ready!
