How to make a salad with chicken liver and pomegranate?

To begin with, we prepare the ingredients: cook the potatoes until ready, without peeling, and eggs, also boil the chicken liver (you can fry it in a frying pan, it's your choice). Grind walnuts and boiled chicken liver in a blender. Three cooled potatoes, eggs, fresh carrots and apples on a grater. Chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil.

We choose a flat dish, put a tall glass in the center, pre-greasing it with vegetable oil. Spread the prepared ingredients around the glass in layers, greasing each layer with mayonnaise (except onions, eggs and nuts), if necessary, add layers:

1 layer: potatoes;
2 layer: fresh carrots;
3 layer: chicken liver;
4 layer: fried onion;
5 layer: chicken eggs;
6 layer: chopped walnuts;
7 layer: fresh apples;
8 layer: pomegranate seeds.

After laying out all the layers, we extract the glass. We send the salad with chicken liver to the refrigerator for impregnation. After an hour and a half, the dish can be served on the table, garnished with a sprig of parsley or any other greens.

Eat with pleasure!
