Cooking method

1. Wash the beans. It is not necessary to cut it - it is more effective to leave the long pods intact. But if you want, you can do it.

2. Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire, bring to a boil.

3. Put the beans in boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes (do not cover with a lid!)

4. Flip the beans into a colander, let the water drain.

5. In a large bowl, mix sea salt, ginger powder, black pepper and sesame seeds, and pour in sesame oil, wine and rice vinegar. Mix all the ingredients to make a homogeneous marinade.

6. Put the beans in the marinade, shake the bowl vigorously to mix all the ingredients. Leave for half an hour so that the beans are soaked in fragrant marinade and serve on the table.
