Classic okroshka on whey

Prepare a bright summer soup! Give your family a good mood! Okroshka is not called summer soup for nothing - in the thirty-degree heat, there are hardly anyone who wants hot borscht, though... everything can be :) I have loved okroshka since childhood, I remember how my grandmother and mother cooked it. And here is my recipe, I replace the sausage with boiled chicken, and instead of mineral water I take whey. As for me, it tastes better.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

Cook the chicken breast until fully cooked. Potatoes are boiled in a uniform, hard-boiled eggs. Cool it down.

We separate the breast from the bone and cut into pieces, commensurate with the rest of the ingredients. Peel the eggs and potatoes, cut into small neat cubes.

Rinse cucumbers, cut into small cubes.

At this stage, all the components are ready - it remains to combine them in one pan and mix, which we will do.

Salt the future okroshka to your liking, add sour cream, pour in the whey, mix.

Wash the greens (dill and green onions), finely chop them, send them to a saucepan.

Okroshka is ready!

Serve exclusively cold.

Bon appetit!
