Kystybyy in Tatar

Find a use for yesterday's mashed potatoes! Incredibly delicious! . There are many different interesting dishes in Tatar cuisine. Kystybyy – very tasty flatbreads made of unleavened dough. Traditionally, the filling is crushed potatoes, which is very beneficial for housewives. Personally, I like the dish: you can eat it with soup and just like that - as a full dinner. And it's a pleasure to cook – the dough is not capricious.
