Cooking method

Cooking time: 25 min

To begin with, boil the pasta in slightly salted water, drain the water from them and rinse with cold water. Now divide the cauliflower into inflorescences and blanch in boiling water for about 2-4 minutes. Now heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the ham for about 2 minutes. Add another 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the sage leaves for about 1 minute. Mix the pasta, nuts and cauliflower in a container. Now heat the remaining olive oil and fry the shallots until soft (for 3 minutes), then remove from the heat and add chili, vinegar, garlic, sugar, parsley and orange juice. Pour the pasta mixture with warm dressing and mix gently.
Sprinkle the salad with pancetta, sage leaves and parmesan on top. Bon appetit!
