Sausage soup with potatoes and cheese

Delicious and light soup from favorite foods :). There are times when you don't want to invent and cook anything, but you still need something to eat. Here is one of my favorite recipes. It is very simple, and the ingredients for it are in the refrigerator of almost every hostess :)

    Wash the carrot and cut into circles

    Peel and slice the potatoes randomly

    Peel and chop the onion

    Put all the vegetables in a saucepan, pour water (about 1.5 liters, but focus on your taste, how thick or liquid soup you want to get) and cook until the vegetables are soft

    Chop the sausage arbitrarily, but not too finely

    Wash the dill under running water and chop

    When the vegetables are ready, add salt to the soup, add spices if desired (I like hops-suneli), melted cheese and stir well.

    Boil for another 2 minutes, add dill and turn it off immediately.
