If you have raw peanuts, we send it to the frying pan and fry it. We send the flour to another frying pan and fry until golden. The frying pan should be completely dry, we stir the flour from time to time. Roasted peanuts are peeled from the husk and crushed with a food processor. Add the fried flour to the chopped peanuts and mix everything well again. With water, sugar and vanilla sugar, we cook syrup. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add vegetable oil to the syrup. Combine the syrup with peanuts. Mix everything thoroughly. We put the finished mass into a mold and leave it until it cools completely. We take out the cooled halva from peanuts and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
