Well, now I'm cooking Caesar salad with shrimp myself. First of all prepare bread croutons -crackers. To do this, take white bread without a crust and cut into cubes of 1.5 * 1.5 cm. Squeeze the garlic into the olive oil through a garlic press and leave for a few minutes. Sprinkle the bread cubes with garlic oil and send them to the oven to bake until golden brown.
In parallel with the preparation of croutons, boil the shrimp in steeply salted water with the addition of bay leaf, dill sprigs and black pepper peas. Cook the shrimp until tender and turn off the heat. My secret is that I don't pull out the shrimp right away, but leave them in this broth for 15-20 minutes. The shrimp will be very fragrant.
For dressing caesar salad with shrimp, take two chicken yolks (raw) and rub them with mustard, add squeezed garlic, salt, ground black pepper to taste. Mix well and, without ceasing to stir, pour in a thin stream of olive oil. You should get a mayonnaise consistency. The sauce is ready!
The preparation of the Caesar salad with shrimp is nearing completion - it remains only to collect it! Lettuce leaves should be clean, dry and preferably chilled. Chop them, with your hands or with a knife, it's up to you. Pour the croutons on the leaves and season with the sauce. Shake the salad so that the sauce is evenly distributed. I put the shrimp at the end, on top, as if decorating the Caesar salad with them. It seems to me that the taste of shrimp is more palpable this way. Well, you and I have a Caesar salad with shrimp.
