This soup recipe is great for vegetarians, because it does not contain meat! Such food is very useful!

Peel potatoes and cut them into cubes. Put it in a saucepan and fill it with water.
The water should completely cover the potatoes. Add seasonings to taste: cumin, bay leaf. Cut the onion into small pieces and add it to the pan. Put everything on the fire and cook until the potatoes are completely softened, about 30-40 minutes.

When the potatoes are cooked, cut the mushrooms into small pieces and send them to the pan. We continue to cook the soup, stirring occasionally.

In a separate bowl, pour flour and add sour cream. Mix well and put this mixture in a saucepan with soup.

We continue to cook on low heat and do not forget to stir constantly so that the soup turns out without lumps and does not burn.

Lightly beat the eggs and pour them in a thin stream into the soup, stirring with a fork. Cook another 10 crumples and remove from the heat!
Pour the finished soup on plates and sprinkle with herbs.
