In a Saucepan with we put the washed soup set with water and cook the broth. Cut potatoes into cubes and chop cabbage. Then we lower them into the broth.
To prepare the dressing, beets and carrots are coarsely grated. Then fry the grated vegetables in hot oil and leave to simmer for 6-7 minutes. We put tomato paste, vinegar. Mix the ingredients and simmer for another 5 minutes.
We lower the finished dressing into boiling broth.
Cut onion into half rings, fry it in hot oil, then add flour and mix well. Then we send the onion to the soup and mix it. Add bay leaf, pepper, crushed garlic to the boiling broth. Cook the soup for 6-7 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and cover with a lid. You can serve the soup with mayonnaise or sour cream. If you did everything right, consider that there is not long left before the wedding.
